Like many teams, the Airtable content team handles requests from across the organization. The content team helps create sales enablement content, blog posts for the product marketing team and so much more.
To streamline this process, content lead Margaret Jones created a form in Airtable to collect all the requests. All requests land in her personal content base, where she can easily sort, prioritize, comment and take action on those requests.
