Sean demonstrated six different tools he built for personal use through vibe coding. His projects included a website content scraper (Bartram), a bookmarking tool (Savesies), a Twitter archive, and a competitor website change monitor. He emphasized that these tools solve specific personal workflow problems. Sean shared his approach to debugging and showed how Replit makes deployment simple. He revealed his total costs for these projects (surprisingly affordable at under $50).

Sean advocated for building custom tools that fit your "special snowflake brain" rather than trying to make existing products fit your workflow. He demonstrated how Replit meets you at your skill level, allowing complete beginners to build useful tools while also accommodating those who want to dive deeper into the code.
